YWAM - Youth With A Mission
The Boarders' Circle is a ministry of Youth With A Mission International. Also known as YWAM (pronounced “WHY-wham”), we unite in a common purpose to know God and to make Him known. YWAM is a global movement of Christians from many cultures, age groups and Christian traditions, dedicated to serving Jesus throughout the world.
As YWAM, we reach out in 180+ countries through three main areas — Evangelism, Training and Mercy Ministry. Our ministries cover every sphere of society, including ship-based medical care, performing arts teams, Bible training programs, business coaching, sports ministries, anti-trafficking work, and many more.
YWAM functions as a family of ministries rather than a centralized agency.

At Youth With A Mission (YWAM), our purpose, core beliefs, and foundational values form the heart of who we are. Since our beginnings in 1960, these guiding principles have been shaped by God’s specific direction and are carefully recorded to be passed on to future generations.
These beliefs and values not only define our shared identity but also serve as the foundation for YWAM’s growth—past, present, and future. Some are universal to all Christians, while others are uniquely part of the YWAM family, shaping what we call our “DNA.” They influence how we live, make decisions, and fulfill our mission around the world.
